Report on the Guest Lecture for E-Commerce Domain

A guest lecture for the E-commerce Domain Trainees was organized at Don Bosco Tech, Jalandhar Center on 22/01/2026. The session was conducted by Mr. Sukhdeep, who is working as a Sales Executive at Brand Be Like Store. The purpose of the guest lecture was to provide trainees with knowledge about the e-commerce industry and the career opportunities available in this field.

During the session, Mr. Sukhdeep explained the meaning and importance of e-commerce in today’s digital world. He discussed different areas of e-commerce such as online marketplaces, digital marketing, product listing, payment systems, logistics, and customer management. He also explained various e-commerce business models like B2B, B2C, C2C, and D2C in a simple and clear manner.

Mr. Sukhdeep also informed the trainees about different job roles in the e-commerce sector, including E-commerce Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, Product Listing Executive, Operations Executive, Customer Support Executive, and SEO or Social Media Executive. He guided the trainees about the skills required for these roles, such as communication skills, technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
