Distribution of Uniforms, Books, Notebooks, and Study Kits to IT Customer Care Executive (IT-CCE) Trainees

On 24 July 2026, Don Bosco Tech Society, Jalandhar, organized a distribution program for the newly enrolled trainees of the IT Customer Care Executive (IT-CCE) batch. The objective of the event was to provide essential training materials, including uniforms, study kits, books, and notebooks, to support the trainees throughout their learning journey and promote a disciplined and standardized training environment.

The program was conducted in the presence of Ms. Manpreet Kaur, Assistant Manager – State Operations and MIS, Punjab, who encouraged the trainees to remain focused, disciplined, and committed throughout their skill development journey. She highlighted the importance of professional skills, a positive attitude, and continuous learning in achieving career success.

The event was organized under the guidance of Mr. Himanshu Pandey, IT Customer Care Executive (IT-CCE) Trainer, who ensured the smooth planning and successful execution of the program. Mr. Satinder Singh, Centre Coordinator, and Ms. Twinkle Leer, E-Commerce Trainer, were also present during the event and appreciated the trainees for beginning their skill development journey with enthusiasm and dedication.

During the program, all trainees of the newly commenced IT Customer Care Executive (IT-CCE) batch received their uniforms, study kits, books, and notebooks. The distribution aimed to promote discipline, equality, and preparedness among the trainees as they embarked on their training.
