REPORT ON EXPOSURE VISIT FOR IT-CCE DOMAIN
Don Bosco Tech, Jalandhar Centre organized an exposure visit on 27 January 2026 for the trainees of the IT-CCE Domain. The purpose of this field visit was to provide practical learning experience to the trainees, especially in understanding customer handling, communication skills, and service management in a real working environment.
The field visit was conducted at Kapania Bakers & Restaurant, where the trainees were warmly welcomed by the management and staff. The trainees were very enthusiastic about the visit as it helped them experience a new and important phase of their training. The staff members were cooperative and happy to share their experiences with the trainees.
During the visit, the trainees observed how the staff interacts with customers, understands their needs, handles queries, and resolves complaints politely and professionally. The team explained different methods of dealing with customers, maintaining a positive attitude, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The trainees learned the importance of effective communication, good behavior, teamwork, and time management while serving customers.
The staff also demonstrated how to manage customer expectations during busy hours, handle multiple orders efficiently, and maintain a friendly environment at the workplace. The trainees noticed that proper customer handling plays a vital role in building trust, increasing customer loyalty, and enhancing the reputation of the business.
One of the key learnings from the visit was the importance of customer satisfaction and service quality. The trainees also gained insights into challenges faced while dealing with different types of customers and how patience and polite communication help in handling such situations.
