Report on Parent-Teacher Meeting
On May 5, 2025, Don Bosco Tech, Chandigarh, organized a successful Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for students of the E-Commerce Executive program. The primary objective was to strengthen communication between parents and faculty and to establish a cooperative approach towards the academic and personal development of students. The meeting was scheduled at a convenient time to ensure maximum participation from parents.
The session provided a detailed overview of each student’s academic progress, including performance in various subjects, attendance, and behavioral development. Faculty members offered personalized feedback, highlighting student strengths and identifying areas that need improvement. This individual approach allowed parents to gain a deeper understanding of their child’s academic standing and how they can better support learning at home. Beyond academics, the PTM placed significant emphasis on skill development and career readiness in the E-Commerce sector. Parents were introduced to various future opportunities available to their children, including practical training, industry exposure, and domain-specific career paths. Teachers also highlighted the importance of soft skills, digital literacy, and adaptability in today’s competitive job market. A key aspect of the meeting was encouraging open communication.
