A Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) was successfully conducted on 18 August 2026 for the IT–Customer Care Executive (IT-CCE) Batch 260285 (B4) at Don Bosco Tech, Chandigarh. The objective of the meeting was to strengthen the relationship between parents and the training centre while discussing the students' academic progress, attendance, discipline, and overall development. The programme began with a warm welcome to all parents and guardians by the training team. An overview of the IT-CCE course was presented, highlighting the training modules, spoken English sessions, computer skills, customer service techniques, employability skills, and placement support provided to the students. Parents were informed about the importance of regular attendance, punctuality, positive behaviour, and active participation in classroom and practical activities. During the meeting, the trainers discussed each student's learning progress, communication skills, confidence level, and classroom performance. Parents appreciated the efforts of the faculty in providing quality training and career guidance. They shared valuable feedback and assured their cooperation in encouraging their children to remain focused on their studies and complete the course successfully. The placement process, interview preparation, and employment opportunities after successful completion of the course were also explained. Parents were encouraged to stay connected with the training centre and regularly monitor their child's progress. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to all parents for their active participation and continued support. The PTM strengthened the relationship between the training centre and families, creating a positive environment for the students personal growth, skill development, and successful career placement.
