On 20th January 2026, Don Bosco Tech, Chandigarh, organized a Parent–Teacher Meeting for the students of the IT-Customer Care Executive and E-Commerce Executive programs. The objective of the meeting was to build a strong connection between parents and the institute and to discuss the overall learning and development of the students. Parents were warmly received, and the session was conducted in an interactive and friendly atmosphere. During the meeting, the trainers briefed the parents about the course structure, practical training methods, and daily classroom activities. They explained how the programs focus on improving communication skills, customer interaction, digital awareness, e-commerce operations, and professional ethics. Special emphasis was given to the importance of punctuality, regular attendance, and active participation in mock interviews and practical sessions. The faculty also discussed career opportunities available after completing the courses.
Parents were informed that trained candidates can work in sectors such as BPOs, retail, online marketing, logistics, banking support, and various e-commerce platforms. The trainers highlighted that the program not only prepares students for employment but also develops confidence, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills. Parents shared their feedback and appreciated the efforts of Don Bosco Tech in guiding the youth toward a better future. Many parents expressed positive changes they observed in their children’s behaviour and communication after joining the training.The meeting concluded with a request to parents to continue motivating their children, support regular practice at home, and stay connected with the institute. With collective efforts of parents and faculty, students will be able to achieve their career goals and become responsible professionals.
