On 19th May 2025, DB Tech organized a special guest lecture for the students of the Customer Care Executive (CCC) course. The session was conducted to give students a better understanding of their subject and to guide them on the importance of learning new skills in today’s fast-changing world. The guest speaker was Ms. Dunal and Mr. Manan, a well-known experience in customer service and training. The program started with a warm welcome for Ms. Dunal and Mr. Manan by the teachers and students. She began the session by explaining the role of a Customer Care Executive and why this role is so important in many businesses. She said that a CCC is the face of the company because they directly talk to customers and help solve their problems. She shared that good communication, patience, and problem-solving skills are key to becoming successful in this job. Ms. Dunal and Mr. Manan also talked about how learning new skills can help students grow in their career. She told the students that the job market is always changing, and it is important to keep learning to stay updated. She encouraged everyone to improve their speaking skills, computer knowledge, and confidence. She also shared some simple ways to build these skills, like practicing English, listening carefully to others, and staying positive.
The lecture was very interactive. Students were excited to ask questions about the CCC course, job opportunities, and how to deal with customers. Ms. Dunal and Mr. Manan answered all their questions in a friendly and helpful way. She also shared some real-life stories from her own job experience to inspire the students.
