Report on the Field Visit Conducted by an IT Customer Care Executive Student
26 Feb 2026
On 26 February 2026, the IT–CCE students of Don Bosco Tech Chandigarh embarked on an enriching field visit to Amanjot International in Sector 17, an experience that transformed classroom concepts into living, practical knowledge. The visit was organized with the aim of giving students firsthand exposure to the professional environment and helping them understand how technology and teamwork function in a real workplace.
As the students stepped into the organization, they were welcomed into a dynamic setting where everyday office operations came to life. They observed how computers play a central role in modern workplaces, from data entry and documentation to communication and record management. The staff members at Amanjot International patiently guided the students through these processes, explaining how accuracy, organization, and effective communication are essential in handling day-to-day tasks.
What made the visit particularly insightful was the opportunity for students to witness the rhythm of a professional workspace. They saw how employees coordinate with one another, manage responsibilities, and ensure that tasks are completed smoothly and efficiently. Through these observations, the students gained a deeper appreciation for the values that sustain a productive workplace—teamwork, discipline, commitment, and effective time management.
Beyond technical understanding, the visit inspired students to imagine themselves as future professionals. It bridged the gap between theory and practice, allowing them to connect what they learn in the classroom with how IT-enabled services function in real organizational settings.
The field visit proved to be more than just an educational outing; it was a meaningful learning journey that broadened perspectives and sparked curiosity about the professional world. For many students, the experience left a lasting impression, reinforcing their motivation to develop the skills and attitudes needed to succeed in the evolving landscape of technology and workplace collaboration.
