On 01 August 2026, Don Bosco Tech Society, Sector 24, Chandigarh, organized a guest lecture for the trainees of the IT–Customer Care Executive (IT-CCE) course. The session was conducted by Mr. Sushant Sharma, an experienced industry professional, with the objective of enhancing students' knowledge of customer service practices and preparing them for the workplace.
