Parents Teacher Meeting of Multi Skill Technician(Electrical) Trainees

Don Bosco Tech, Thakurmunda Centre, organized a Parents' Meeting on 20 July 2026 for the parents of the Multi Skill Technician (Electrical) Batch-01 trainees. The meeting was conducted to update parents on the trainees' learning progress, placement opportunities, and the support provided by Don Bosco Tech to help them build successful careers.
The main objective of the meeting was to inform parents about the training programme, placement opportunities, and the important role they play in supporting their children as they begin their careers.
The programme began with a welcome address by Mr. Abhimanyu Behera, Support Domain Trainer. This was followed by a session led by Ms. Ranjita Maji (Domain Trainer), Mr. Satyajit Das (Domain Trainer), and Mrs. Golap Behera (Field Officer). They explained the course curriculum, practical training, life skills, and placement support provided by Don Bosco Tech.
The trainers also shared information about job opportunities, industry expectations, workplace discipline, and the importance of communication and confidence in professional life. Parents were encouraged to support their children in preparing for employment and adjusting to the workplace.
During the interaction, parents asked questions and shared their views. They appreciated the quality of training and expressed confidence in the placement support provided by Don Bosco Tech. The discussion helped strengthen the partnership between the centre and the families.
The meeting concluded with words of encouragement from the trainers, who thanked the parents for their continuous support and requested their cooperation in helping the trainees build successful careers.
Overall, the Parents' Meeting was successful in strengthening the relationship between Don Bosco Tech, the trainees, and their families, while creating a shared commitment towards the trainees' career growth and future success.
